Casa Doric is a lovely villa and was extensively refurbished in 2005, including all new furniture throughout, new flooring, new bathrooms and a new fully
equipped kitchen - including dishwasher and a washing machine. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Quinta do Paraiso complex. The sea can be
seen from the roof terrace.
The villa has been fully modernised and consists of three, very well presented bedrooms, the master bedroom has full en-suite
facilities with one further bathroom next door to bedrooms two & three. The master bedroom has a double bed, with the remaining two bedrooms twin bedded.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for storage.
The spacious lounge with dining area is again very well presented and comes with Satellite T.V and CD Stereo system. There are
patio doors leading to the terrace complete with patio table and chairs. The swimming pool is generous in size and has ample sunbeds for relaxing by the pool. This
villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard and makes an ideal holiday home.
Clients have the use of the facilities on the Quinta do Paraiso complex, including pool areas, tennis courts, crazy golf (a small fee
is payable for use). There is also a small shop / supermarket located on the complex (summer months opening only).
Carvoeiro has three golf courses, all are easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away. The Carvoeiro Tennis
Centre is only minutes away by car.
The centre of Carvoeiro boasts an excellent array of restaurants and bars and is only a casual 20 minute walk.

Prices are in £GBP Sterling per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except
beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
