Casa as Barbas is a 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed air conditioned villa on the very popular Quinta do Paraiso
development. The single storey villa sits in its own very mature garden and has its own private swimming pool, this can be heated at an additional
cost. The villa has a driveway suitable for two cars.
The well appointed accommodation comprises entrance hallway, fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine
and all the usual appliances you would expect from a quality property. The lounge is comfortably furnished with LCD TV and satellite receiver. The dining area
has a solid wooden traditional dining table with chairs, ample for your holiday dining. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the terrace with patio table and
chairs for your comfort. From this terrace are the small steps down to the swimming pool area and steps up to the roof terrace where the sea can be seen in the
distance.
Each of the three bedrooms are twin bedded. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and benefits from a good
sized sitting area. Bedroom two also has en-suite facilities with bedroom three having the third bathroom just along the corridor. All the bedrooms are a good
size and have ample built in wardrobes. The three bathrooms have all been refurbished to a high standard. The owner has recently installed air
conditioning units in the three bedrooms (small charge may apply).
The villa is only a 15 minute walk to town and is situated on a good location on the Quinta Do Paraiso
complex, which includes a restaurant, bar and shop (these are closed during the winter months). Other facilities include children’s play area, mini golf
and tennis, which are subject to a small fee. Guests also have the use of two adult swimming pools and a separate children’s pool. The Carvoeiro Clube
Tennis resort is nearby and the Pestana golf resort is only a few minutes away by car.

Prices are per week for a maximum of
6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels
(except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
