Casa das Pegadas is a well presented three bedroomed single
storey villa with its own 8m x 4m private swimming pool with
outdoor shower area. There is a large terraced area
surrounding the pool, which is well equipped with patio
furniture and sunbeds. The villa also has a roof
terrace.
The accommodation comprises of a well furnished
lounge/dining area with sliding double patio doors
leading to the front terrace and large front garden. The
villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the normal
appliances - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob
& oven.
One twin bedded room has a full en-suite
bathroom, the other two twin bedded rooms share a separate
bathroom. All of the bedrooms have patio doors leading
to the swimming pool terrace. The villa stands in a well-kept
private garden with lawn, exotic flowering shrubs and mature
trees.
For winter rentals the villa has a wood burning
fire and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms and
bathrooms.
The villa is situated on the very popular Quinta
do Paraiso complex in Carvoeiro and is about a 15 minute walk
from the town centre. Clients have the use of the facilities
on the complex, including pool areas, tennis courts, crazy
golf (a small fee is payable for use). There is also a
small shop / supermarket located on the complex (summer months
opening only).

Prices
are in £GBP Sterling per week for a maximum of 6 persons,
inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays),
linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these
should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in
all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the
property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of
departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total
accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The
balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and
Breakages must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded.
