Casa Maria is a beautifully furnished three bedroomed detached luxury villa standing in its own very well-appointed garden on the popular Quinta do Paraiso
complex. We have a reputation for having some of the best 3 bedroomed villas with pools to rent on the Quinta do Paraiso and Casa Maria is no
exception.
The villa is on two levels with the ground level comprising entrance hall, large tastefully decorated lounge/dining room with LCD TV and patio doors leading to the sun
terrace. This level also has a brand new fully fitted kitchen, utility room and cloakroom toilet. The lounge has a closed in wood burning fire for adequate winter heating.
Mobile electric heaters are also available in the villa.
The lower level has three twin bedded bedrooms, with the master bedroom having full en-suite facilities and a walk in wardrobe. The master bedroom and second bedroom have
patio doors leading to the lower terrace. There is also a full bathroom on this level. Both bathrooms have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. All bedrooms
are spacious in size and have ample storage space.
A special feature of this villa is the fabulous swimming pool (can be heated for £100 per week), it has a waterfall feature built in, overflowing to a lower "jacuzzi"
styled smaller pool. The main pool also has a small jacuzzi seat. The very large patio area has been well laid out with attractive potted plants and shrubs. There is ample
patio furniture for those wishing to bask in the sun.
The villa is situated on the Quinta do Paraiso complex which boasts three swimming pools, including one for children, a restaurant, bar, mini-market and convenience store.
Facilities on the complex also include children’s playground, mini golf and tennis courts (which are subject to a fee). Please note that these facilities normally
only operate in the summer months. The villa is only 20 minutes walk from the town of Carvoeiro.

Prices are in £GBP Sterling per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except
beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
