No.80 is
a very nice, two bedroomed terraced villa (townhouse)
situated in the popular Areias dos Moinhos area of
Carvoeiro. Guests have full use of the swimming pool
facilities on site.
Well presented accommodation on the ground floor
consists of an entrance hall, new shower room with WC, lounge
with dining area, patio doors lead to the south facing sun
terrace with clear sea views and built in BBQ. The
lounge has a wood burning fire for winter heating. The
villa also has a fully equipped kitchen on this level which
includes a washing machine, electric cooker, fridge
freezer and a microwave.
Downstairs accommodation consists of two twin
bedded bedrooms both with patio doors leading to the lower
terrace. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ample
storage space for those holiday clothes. There is also a full
brand new bathroom on this level.
From the main entrance hall there is a stairway
to the roof terrace. There is also a carport at the
front of the villa, so any rental cars can be parked at the
front door.
The Areias dos Moinhos estate also includes a
Tennis Court as well as the swimming pool area with separate
childrens pool for use by guests staying in the townhouses.
The centre of Carvoeiro and all that the town
has to offer is easily accessible and approximately 15
minutes walk from the villa.

Prices
are per week for a maximum of
4 persons,
inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays),
linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these
should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in
all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the
property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of
departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total
accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The
balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and
Breakages must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded.
Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to
occupy the property
