The surprisingly spacious lounge with dining area is again very well presented and comes with Satellite T.V. There are patio
doors leading to the terrace complete with patio table and chairs. The villa also has air conditioning throughout (extra charge may apply). This luxury villa
is furnished throughout to a very high standard and would make an excellent holiday base.
Clients have the use of the facilities on the Quinta do Paraiso complex, including pool areas, tennis courts, crazy golf (a small fee
is payable for use). There is also a small shop / supermarket located on the complex (summer months opening only).
Carvoeiro has three golf courses, all are easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away.
The centre of Carvoeiro is only a casual 20 minute walk away.

Prices are in £GBP Sterling per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except
beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
