improvements. Very well presented accommodation consists of entrance hallway, bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom one has a double bed with ample storage, the
larger second bedroom has two twin beds that can also be linked together to provide a superking size bed. This bedroom also has a built in wardrobe and sliding
patio door leading to the rear covered terrace.
The lounge is tastefully decorated with 32 inch flat screen TV, satellite TV and DVD player. The lounge also has a sliding patio door leading to the
conservatory. The fully equipped brand new kitchen area is full size and located in the lounge. A breakfast bar and chairs are provided for your
comfort. The very cosy conservatory houses the dining table and there are outsize chairs for your comfort. The rear terrace has ample patio funiture
and a BBQ with lovely views towards the town. Both bedrooms and the lounge benefit from air conditioning (small additional fee may apply). These units
can be used as heaters in the winter together with the closed wood burning fire. This is a very nice property located only a few minutes walk to the town.
The resort of Monte Carvoeiro has two swimming pools (one heated in winter), pool bar and cocktail bar, numerous restaurants to cater for a variety of tastes and a
supermarket. The resort is ideally located and provides easy access to the town of Carvoeiro and beach. Golf and Tennis facilites are within easy
reach by car.

Prices are per week for a maximum of *4 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except
beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages must
be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
