Casa Ladeira is a very well presented three bedroomed detached villa with a private swimming pool (this can be heated at extra cost),
situated in a select residential area of Carvoeiro. The villa sits in its own private garden and is less than 2 minutes drive to the Gramacho and Vale de Pinta golf
courses. Both Tennis and Bowling facilities are only a short drive away.
The villa has entrance gates, driveway and carport for easy parking at the front door. The villa is slightly elevated and sits on two levels,
with the ground level consisting of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge with patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming
pool area. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground level, both have twin beds. The ground floor bathroom is located next to the bedrooms.
The upper level consists of the third bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to the upper terrace with very nice
scenic views of the golf course and the Monchique mountains in the distance. All bedrooms are ample in size with good wardrobe space.
The pool terrace is complete with patio furniture and BBQ.
We have just reduced prices by 20% to release the remaining
weeks during the summer, this villa represents excellent value for money.
Casa Ladeira is ideal for those wishing a quieter location but still having easy access to the town. The town is only a short drive away, however, there are
restaurants, including one of the best in Carvoeiro - Bon Bon, supermarket and local bars only around 5 - 10 minutes walk from the villa.

Prices are per week for a maximum of
6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels
(except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
