Casa Eva is a modern, bright and extremely well presented three level linked villa in an area easily accessible to the town of Carvoeiro. There is a
supermarket (seasonal opening) and restaurant only a few minutes walk away. A very large swimming pool area and tennis court are on site.
The villa has it's own car parking under the carport at the front door. Ground floor accommodation consists of a spacious lounge & dining area
with sliding patio doors leading to the terrace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a shower room with WC. There is also a small utility area with sink that houses
the washing machine. The newly installed wood burning fire provides ample heating for those winter months.
From the ground floor, a stairwell leads to the 1st floor roof terrace where there is ample patio furniture & sunbeds and a built
in BBQ area complete with sink. Nice views over the swimming pool from here.
Also from the ground floor is the stairwell to the lower level. Here we have a full bathroom and the two generous sized bedrooms
with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with the second bedroom being twin bedded. Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning (small
charge may be applicable) and patio doors that lead out to the lower terrace and towards the swimming pool and tennis area.

Prices are in £GBP Sterling per week for a maximum of 4 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except
beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
