Property Details

This beautiful villa has it's very own private swimming pool with built -in water feature and is set amidst a mature garden with plenty of grass and flowering shrubs.  The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Quinta do Paraiso complex and is one of the best examples on site.  Sea views can be seen from the newly laid roof terrace.
The villa has been fully modernised and consists of three, very well presented bedrooms, the master bedroom has full en-suite facilities with one further bathroom next door to bedrooms two & three.  Two bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for storage.

The villa is fully equipped with a modern fitted kitchen complete with all the usual equipment, such as oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc.
The surprisingly spacious lounge with dining area is again very well presented and comes with Satellite T.V.  There are patio doors leading to the terrace complete with patio table and chairs. The villa also has air conditioning throughout (extra charge may apply).  This  luxury villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard and would make an excellent holiday base.

Clients have the use of the facilities on the Quinta do Paraiso complex, including pool areas, tennis courts, crazy golf (a small fee is payable for use).  There is also a small shop / supermarket located on the complex (summer months opening only).

Carvoeiro has three golf courses, all are easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away.

The centre of Carvoeiro is only a casual 20 minute walk away.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
