Casa Carina is a traditionally styled three bedroom, three bathroom detached villa on the very popular Quinta do Paraiso complex.  The villa is set on a generous plot, with a mature garden and private swimming pool.

The well presented accommodation comprises fully fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances you expect from today's rental properties. The comfortable lounge has a separate dining area with table.  Sliding patio doors lead to the swimming pool area from the lounge.  There is also a closed wood burning fire for winter heating as well as marble wall mounted radiators in each bedroom.  Fans are provided in summer months to keep you cool.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and patio doors leading to the swimming pool terrace.  This bedroom also has a walk in shower as part of the en-suite.

Bedroom 2 also has twin beds, ample wardrobe space and full en-suite facilities.   The 3rd bedroom is twin bedded and the full house bathroom is opposite.

The swimming pool has adequate patio furniture and cushions for your comfort.  From the pool terrace are stairs leading to the roof terrace.  A patio table and chairs are there for your enjoyment.  Clear sea views can be seen from this terrace.

This is an ideal base in Carvoeiro and has various restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk away.  The town itself is only a leisurely 15 minute walk.  A great value rental property.

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
