Casa Isobel is a superb four bedroomed detached villa with private swimming pool.  The pool has the ability to be heated at an extra cost.  The villa benefits from a security alarm and sits in a mature private garden containing shrubs and trees and is situated in the popular area of Areias dos Moinhos.  The owner has recently organised a very high level of refurbishment, consisting of a newly contructed first floor with fourth bedroom (Double Bed) & En-suite and it's own south facing lounge.  There are two new ground floor bathrooms, new cloakroom/wc, all new double glazed windows with shutters, a new wood burning fire and air conditioning in all four bedrooms and the lounge - (small charge may apply).  The owner has also refurnished the villa to a very high standard.

Prices

*This villa has been priced for a maximum occupancy of 6 persons.  An additional charge of £100/€115 per week will be made for a 7th person and £150/€170 for up to 8 persons.

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of *6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
