Property DetailsCasa Leao (Portuguese for Lion) is a beautiful 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa set in its own mature, well manicured gardens with generous lawned area. The single storey villa has a long driveway then entrance gates, car parking and a private swimming pool - This can be heated at £100/€115 per week. One key feature of this property is the fabulous sea views from various rooms and terraces around the villa. The villa has complimentary wi-fi access for guests. The villa benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom and a wood burning fire for the winter months. The villa is beautifully presented and has a homely feel to help make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. The two generous sized master bedrooms have double beds, ample storage space and have full ensuite facilites. One of the master bedrooms has its own sitting area and separate entrance. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded and share the full bathroom. The lounge is very well laid out with leather sofas and LCD TV. Sea views can be seen from the windows and patio door. The patio doors lead out to the sun terrace and then down steps to the pool area. The pool area is gated as additional security for our smaller guests. An added feature of the villa is the inner courtyard, accessed from the dining area through patio doors. Stairs then lead to the roof terrace with fantastic sea views. The kitchen has just been fully refurbished in March 2012 with all new modern appliances including hob, oven, built in microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. This is a beautiful property located within a residential area and with easy access to the town, only a 15 minute walk away. Excellent Golf and Tennis facilites are all within a very short drive away. |
Prices*This villa is priced for 6 persons, but can sleep up to 8 persons. Winter PeriodDuring the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks.
Summer Period
Prices are per week for a maximum of *6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices. Click here to check availability |

Booking Information
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages must be paid for. The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. |
