Property Details

This stunning property is a conversion from two apartments into one.  The property has it's own private hot tub (not many of these around!), sitting in a pleasant lawned garden area.  The villa is situated in a quiet part of the very popular Monte Carvoeiro resort, only minutes from the town.  Restaurants and the swimming pool area are only a few minutes walk away.

The lower level has a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with Bosch appliances and all the usual equipment you would expect from a modern, luxury holiday home.  The surprisingly spacious lounge with dining area is again beautifully presented and comes with Satellite T.V and DVD player.  There is a built in wood burning fire for winter heating.  The property has air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer months.  (Local charge may apply).

Clients have the use of the swimming pool on the Monte Carvoeiro resort.  Carvoeiro has three golf courses, all are easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
