Property Details

Casa Doric is a beautifully presented air conditioned villa and has been extensively refurbished inside and outside recently, including the swimming pool terrace.  The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Quinta do Paraiso complex.  The sea can be seen from the roof terrace.  This is one of the best examples on the resort.

The villa has been fully modernised and consists of three, very well presented bedrooms, the master bedroom has full en-suite facilities with one further bathroom next door to bedrooms two & three.  The master bedroom has a double bed, with the remaining two bedrooms twin bedded.  All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for storage.  Newly installed air conditioning in each of the bedrooms will be useful in summer months.  These can also heat during winter occupancy.

The spacious lounge with dining area is again very well presented and comes with Satellite T.V, DVD player and CD Stereo system.  There are patio doors leading to the pool terrace complete with patio table and chairs.  The swimming pool is generous in size and has ample sunbeds for relaxing by the pool. The swimming pool has a new installed top of the range pool heater.  This can be heated for an extra £100 / €115 per week.  This villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard and makes an ideal holiday home.

Clients have the use of the facilities on the Quinta do Paraiso complex, including pool areas, tennis courts, crazy golf (a small fee is payable for use).  There is also a small shop / supermarket located on the complex (summer months opening only).

Carvoeiro has three golf courses, all are easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away.  The Carvoeiro Tennis Centre is only minutes away by car. The centre of Carvoeiro boasts an excellent array of restaurants and bars and is only a casual 15 minute walk.

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
