Property Details

O Pescador is a wonderfully impressive four bedroomed villa set amidst its own mature gardens within a very large plot.  This large villa is traditional in style and has several unique features.  This villa has just undergone a fabulous refurbishment, including a brand new modern fitted kitchen and new furniture. The villa has a 10m x 6m private swimming pool with outdoor shower and separate hot tub / jacuzzi (not many rental properties with this!) with clear sea views from the 1st floor terrace.  The pool can be heated at an extra cost of £100/€115 per week. 
After entering the villa through private gates, follow the driveway to the main front door where there is ample parking for several vehicles.  The villa has a security alarm.

Further down the internal corridor is two of the four bedrooms, the first bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes.  The master bedroom has a double bed and includes full en-suite facilities.  The ground floor also contains a full bathroom and a separate cloakroom/WC.
An internal stairway leads to the third and fourth bedrooms upstairs.  One room has twin beds and one with a double bed, these rooms have full en-suite facilities and ample storage.  The double room with en-suite is brand new and is very tastefully presented. Patio doors lead to the upper terrace, complete with pergola and fantastic sea views.

The villa has air conditioning throughout (charge may apply), Satellite TV and a closed-in wood burning fire.  The villa also benefits from a wireless high speed internet connection, complimentary for guests.  Each bedroom also has a TV.

O Pescador sits in a very private location, yet only minutes away from the restaurants, golf and tennis facilities of Carvoeiro.  This is definately not a "run of the mill" rental home, truly beautiful.

Winter Period

This villa is not available to rent during the Winter months.

Summer Period

This villa is only available for rent during the following time period.

Prices are per week for a maximum of *6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels. Electricity is included in all rental prices.

A Security/Cleaning deposit of £150/200 Euros is required with balance of holiday payment.
