Casa Sabrina is a beautifully presented,  three bedroomed detached villa with a private swimming pool, situated in a select residential area of Carvoeiro. The villa is less than 2 minutes drive to the Gramacho and Vale da Pinta golf courses and both Tennis and Bowling facilities are only a short drive away.

The villa has entrance gates and a driveway for at least two cars.  The villa sits on two levels, with the ground level consisting of an entrance hall, fully fitted modern kitchen, dining room, lounge with patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground level, one with double bed, one with twin beds. The master bedroom also has en-suite facilities. There is a separate shower room with WC next door to the second bedroom.

The upper level consists of the third bedroom with double bed and a shower room. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to the upper terrace with very nice scenic views of the golf course and the Monchique mountains in the distance.

The pool area has ample terracing complete with patio furniture and a purpose built BBQ.  At these prices, this villa represents excellent value for money.

This villa is ideal for those wishing a quieter location but still having easy access to the town. The town is only a very short drive away, however, there are restaurants, including one of the best in Carvoeiro - Bon Bon, supermarket and local bars only around 10 - 15 minutes walk from the villa.

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
