Property Details

Vivenda A Cupula is a large, detached, four bedroomed villa set amidst its own mature garden close to the centre of Carvoeiro - only a 5 minute walk away.  This large villa is traditional in style, built on three levels.  The villa has a private swimming pool with outdoor shower and clear sea views from the roof terrace.  The villa has a security alarm.

After entering the villa grounds through private gates, the driveway leads to the main entrances for both the upper and lower levels.  This well presented villa offers accommodation on two levels, with the upper floor consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all modern appliances.  The comfortable lounge and dining area are open plan with patio doors leading to the upper balcony area.  Ample patio furniture is supplied for your comfort.  The villa also has Sky Satellite TV.  The villa also benefits from broadband wi-fi for those wishing to keep up to date with IT things!

The upper floor also consists of  master bedroom with full en-suite facilities.  This bedroom has a super king size bed, large built in wardrobes and a patio door leading to the upper balcony.  A cloakroom/wc is also located on this level for your convenience.
A large stairwell leads to the lower level where the three remaining bedrooms all have en-suite facilities.  Bedroom two is very large, with super king size bed and ample wardrobe space and has patio doors leading to the swimming pool terrace. Bedrooms three and four are also spacious, with ample wardrobe space, twin beds and also have patio doors leading to the swimming pool terrace.
A door on the lower level leads to the basement/garage where a separate room holds the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The villa has gas central heating and a closed wood burner for those cooler winter months.  A few fans are available for the hotter months in summer.  This villa is close to the town and offers those not necessarily wishing to rent a car easy access to all that Carvoeiro offers with it's generous choice of restaurants and bars.

Prices

*This villa has been priced for a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. An additional charge of £100/€115 per week will be made for a 7th person and £150/€170 for up to 8 persons.

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% for bookings of over 3 weeks, and -20% for bookings of over 6 weeks. Winter prices include gas central heating.

Summer Period

** These prices do not include use of the gas central heating.

Prices are per week for a maximum of *6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
