Villa Lucia is a brand new,
beautifully presented three bedroomed detached villa with a
private swimming pool, situated in a select residential area
in Carvoeiro. The villa is about a 15 minute walk to
town and its location allows you to access either side of town
in equal time. The villa has lockable entrance gates and
is fenced all the way around, providing additional security.
Accommodation
is on two levels, with the ground level consisting of an
entrance hallway, fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area
& lounge with patio doors leading to the swimming pool
area. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground level, both
bedrooms have two single beds, with the first, larger bedroom
also having full en-suite facilities. There is a
separate shower room with WC next door to the second bedroom.
The upper floor
consists of the large master bedroom with double bed and an
en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has patio doors
leading to the small upper terrace, complete with table and
chairs and views over the garden. Each of the
bedrooms and the lounge benefits from air conditioning
(small charge may be applicable). The units can also be
used as heaters and with the wood burning fire in the lounge
provides adequate winter heating.
The pool area
has ample terracing complete with patio furniture and a
purpose built BBQ, the villa sits in its own private
gardens.
This villa is
ideal for those wishing a quieter location but still having
easy access to the town. Although the town is only
15 minutes walk away, there is a small supermarket and
restaurant only 7 minutes walk from the villa.

Prices
are in £GBP Sterling per week for a maximum of 6 persons,
inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays),
linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these
should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in
all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the
property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of
departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total
accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The
balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and
Breakages must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded.
