Casa Patricia is a bright, modern luxury villa, constructed during 2002. Located on the edge of the Vale do Milho golf development, this 4 bedroomed (+
annexe) villa with private pool (with pool heater) is surrounded by landscaped garden and enjoys sea views from both the pool area and the first floor terrace. Each
of the bedrooms and the lounge benefit from air conditioning (small fee may be charged).
The main part of this beautifully presented villa consists of an entrance hallway, wc cloakroom, fully equipped modern
kitchen with built in refrigerator, electric hob and oven, washing machine and dishwasher, a large comfortable lounge with leather sofas and integral dining area with
table for 8 persons. The lounge also has a closed wood burning fire for winter occupancy.
The lounge patio doors lead to the swimming pool area with its external shower unit and purpose built BBQ. Ample
patio furniture is supplied for your convenience.
The ground floor also hosts two of the four bedrooms, one twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and the other bedroom has a
double settee bed. The twin room has patio doors to the swimming pool terrace. In between the two bedrooms lies a full bathroom.
An internal staircase takes you to the first floor, where two large double bedrooms with full en-suite facilities are
located. Both bedrooms have ample storage space, with the master bedroom have two sets of doors leading to the upper terrace with patio table and chairs. A
clear sea view can be seen from this terrace. This is a beautiful villa and sure to help make your holiday an enjoyable one.
*In addition to the main part of the villa is the annexe. With it's own entrance, this very well laid out area,
comprises small lounge with TV, twin bedroom, full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with built in refrigerator and all electric cooker. The lounge patio doors
lead to the swimming pool terrace. This is an ideal area for those with larger parties wishing a little independence.
*This villa is priced for 6 persons, but can sleep up to with 10 persons. Add £100 per week for 7 persons,
for 8 persons add £150 per week to the summer rental prices. For 9 or 10 persons and the use of the annexe, please add £200 per week to the prices

*6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels
(except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
