Quinta Rosa is
a detached four bedroomed villa standing in its own large
private gardens which are maintained to a high standard with
lawn, trees and flowering shrubs. The villa is ideally
situated in Carvoeiro, within very easy reach of the town
centre. The villa is less than one hundred metres from
the town.
Spacious
accommodation is on two levels, with the ground level
consisting of a large comfortably furnished lounge/dining room
with patio doors to the front terrace. The lounge has a
wood burning fire for adequate winter heating. The
ground level also has a new fully equipped
kitchen, one twin bedroom and one double
bedroom with built in wardrobes, a shower room and
separate cloakroom WC.
The first floor
comprises a further two bedrooms, the first with twin beds
with patio doors leading to the upper terrace and a newly
decorated fourth bedroom with king size bed also with a patio
door leading to the upper terrace. The upper terrace enjoys
some partial sea views. A newly fitted bathroom is also
on the first floor. Bedrooms have heaters for the winter
and fans for the summer. Clients have the use of a
cot and high chair for smaller guests at no extra
charge.
The large
swimming pool area, which is secluded from the villa, has
shaded sitting areas with built in dining and BBQ facilities
together with a changing room and cloakroom/wc. There is
ample patio furniture for your comfort.
This villa has

Prices
are in £GBP Sterling per week for a maximum of
8
persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public
holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels -
these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is
included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the
property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of
departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total
accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The
balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and
Breakages must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded.
Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to
occupy the property
