Bedroom one has a king size bed, with dressing area and full en-suite facilities, including double ended bath and walk in
shower. Bedroom two has a king size bed, bedroom three has twin beds and both of these bedrooms share a large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom four has a double bed with en-suite facilites, bedroom five has twin beds and also en-suite facilities. All of these five bedrooms are very good
sized and have access to generous terracing area on the upper level.
Bedroom six is downstairs and has a single bed. There is a further full bathroom downstairs, complete with walk in
shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been finished to a high standard.
The villa has a large open plan living room with comfortable leather sofas and paio doors leading to the garden. This area
adjoins the spacious dining area with panoramic windows overlooking the pool. Patio doors lead to the swimming pool area.

Prices are per week for a maximum of
11 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels.
Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. A non returnable deposit of 25% of the
total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
