villa is less than 2 minutes drive to the Gramacho and Vale de Pinta golf courses and both Tennis and Bowling facilities are only a short drive away.
The villa has entrance gates and a driveway for at least two cars. The villa sits on two levels, with the ground level consisting of an entrance
hall, fully fitted modern kitchen, dining room, lounge with patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground level, one
with double bed, one with two single beds. The master bedroom also having en-suite facilities. There is a separate shower room with WC next door to the second
bedroom.
The upper level consists of the third bedroom with double bed and a shower room. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to the upper terrace with very nice
scenic views of the golf course and the Monchique mountains in the distance.

money.
This villa is ideal for those wishing a quieter location but still having easy access to the town. The town is only a very short drive away, however, there are
restaurants, including one of the best in Carvoeiro - Bon Bon, supermarket and local bars only around 10 - 15 minutes walk from the villa.

Prices are per week for a maximum of
6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen &
towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
