Casa Sereias is a large, luxurious four bedroomed villa set within its own mature gardens in a select residential area in Carvoeiro. The
villa has a large private swimming pool with beautiful terraced area and a separate top of the range hot tub / jacuzzi (not many rental properties with
this!) Sea views can be seen from the 1st floor terrace. The pool can be heated at an extra cost of £100/€115 per week. The renowned
Carvoeiro Clube tennis centre is only a few minutes walk away.
After entering through the large private gates, follow the long driveway to the main front door where there is ample parking
for several vehicles. The villa benefits from a modern security alarm.
This superbly presented villa is on two levels, with the ground floor consisting of a new fully
equipped modern kitchen. The large, very tastefully furnished lounge, with flat screen TV and dining area are open plan with large
patio doors leading to the swimming pool and terrace area. The lounge also has access to a small atrium.
The ground floor has two of the four bedrooms, both very good sized and both having full en-suite facilites. One of the bedrooms
has a double bed, the other twin beds. Both of these ground floor bedrooms have patio doors to the pool and hot tub terrace.
An internal stairway leads to the third and fourth bedrooms upstairs. Again both generous in size and both with
full en-suite facilites. One room has twin beds and one with a double bed. An external doorway leads to the upper terrace, with sea views.
The villa has air conditioning throughout (charge may apply) and Satellite TV. The villa also benefits from a
wireless high speed internet connection, complimentary for guests. Each bedroom also has a TV.
Casa Sereias sits in a very private location, yet only minutes away from the restaurants, golf and tennis facilities of
Carvoeiro. This is most definately not a "run of the mill" rental home, truly beautiful and one for those guests who seek something that little bit better.

Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for. Due to the quality level of furniture, the owner has requested a security depsoit of £1000/€1150.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
