Casa Tobias is a beautifully decorated, modern 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa. The two storey
villa has entrance gates, car parking and a private swimming pool. The villa benefits from air conditioning in each bedroom and the lounge (extra charge
may apply) and a wood burning fire for the winter months. The air conditioning units can also heat during the winter months.
This "home from home" villa is very well presented and has been tastefully decorated. The ground floor has an
entrance hallway, one double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe. The modern bathroom with good size shower is located immediately outside the
bedroom. The spacious lounge area is very comfortable, this leads to the dining area with ample seating for your comfort. The dining area has patio doors
leading to the swimming pool area. The lounge also has patio doors leading to the front terrace will patio table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the usual appliances you would
expect from a modern villa.
An internal stairway takes you to the 1st floor where bedrooms two and three are located. Both of these
bedrooms are very spacious and have access to small terraces. The sea can be seen from the terrace of bedroom two. This bedroom has a double bed, with
bedroom three having twin beds. Both upstairs bedrooms have ample storage with built in wardrobes and both have beautiful en-suite facilities.
Casa Tobias has easy access to several restaurants in Sesmarias, including one of the best in Carvoeiro - Bon Bon,
and a mini market, all only a few minutes walk away. The centre of Carvoeiro is about 30 minutes walk away or a few minutes by car. The Carvoeiro Clube Tennis
resort is a 10 minute walk away, with Gramacho / Pinta golf courses only minutes away by car. This villa is great value for money -
not many 3 bed, 3 bath villa with private pool and air conditioning at these rates. We have just reduced prices by 20% to release the remaining weeks during the
summer.

Prices are per week for a maximum of
6 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen &
towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages
must be paid for.
The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property
